Role: Supply Teacher Location: Ealing Start Date: As soon as possible Salary: £120 - £200 per day GSL Education are seeking a number of Supply Teachers to provide daily cover in Ealing based schools, start commencing from as soon as possible . As a Supply Teacher , you will be delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subject areas, whilst contributing to the provision of a safe and secure learning environment.Supply Teacher Requirements:
- Recent teaching experience: for Early Career Teachers, placements will be accepted.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students and staff alike.
- Be able to manage classroom behaviour effectively, following individual school policies.
- Ability to engage and motivate young people.
- Be self-motivated, organised, punctual, and professional.
- The opportunity to work in numerous local Schools.
- No need to plan or mark work or carry out assessments!
- Flexibility to work as much or as little as you like.
- The autonomy to decide which positions you undertake.
- Receive a competitive daily pay rate, inclusive of holiday pay, paid on a fortnightly basis.
