Empowering Learning are currently recruiting on behalf of a primary school near Harbury, Leamington Spa for a part time SEN Teaching Assistant for September 2021.

The school provides education for EYFS through to Key stage 2 students.

This is a fixed term position to support a child in KS1 with an EHCP and will continue as long as the child is on roll.

The hours are part time 16 hours working 10:00 - 13:00 five days a week however for the right candidate this is negotiable.

The right candidate will: Have experience working with children who have additional needs Experience working within KS1 Be resilient and tenacious Be willing to go the extra mile for the children Have a good understanding of complex behaviour and SEND.

Preferable if you have a Makaton qualification Be able to work well as part of a team and off own initiative.
