Team Administrator in Bromley

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to work within the Block Management Division of The Acorn Group, a leading independent property group.

Candidates must be numerate, with excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.

You will provide essential support to the Accounts team and have daily liaison with home owners, accountants and third party suppliers.

A responsible and willing disposition is essential.

The scope of the job is varied and will include year-end service charge accounting, debt recovery and credit control.

Whilst previous administrative experience would be an advantage, applications from graduates or school/college leavers would also be welcome.

Based at our Head office in Bromley South, you will be responsible for: Inputting payments onto the systemTaking telephone paymentsAdministering standing order mandatesBanking, bank transfers and weekly bank reconciliationsIssuing service charge demandsPursuing late service charge paymentsPreparing year-end documents for the accountantInputting invoices onto the systemResponding to emails and telephone enquiriesObtaining insurance documents from contractorsScanning, filing and general administrative assistance to the teamWe’d like to hear from candidates with the following skills and attributes: A team playerNumerate with IT skills across Microsoft office suitesA clear communicator across all platformsA proactive and willing approach with attention to detailAble to remain calm under pressureAmbitious to progress with a strong work ethicIn return we know it’s important to reward.
