As a Vehicle Administrator you will have a pivotal role within our business. You will have an active part in the Guest Journey and will ensure that all required documentation is completed correctly and compliantly within the Sales and Handover process.
Our Support team are looking for an Administrator to join the team on a full-time basis based at our Head Office in Eurocentral. As one of our Vehicle Administrators you will work within a unique team of people supporting the Peter Vardy dealerships to always deliver a word class experience for our sites and our guests.
What you will do
Using EnquiryMAX system to establish any sold units and ensuring they are reserved for sale and raising an internal job for any additional products or additional work required. Monitoring iStore Docs to ensure the correct processes are followed and liaising with the dealerships daily to ensure any outstanding actions are completed. Working closely with the dealerships to establish handover dates and times and ensuring Guest paperwork is completed 24 hours prior to delivery. Taxing guest vehicles prior to delivery in line with rules. Invoicing Trade and Intercompany vehicles. Bringing stock vehicles into Kerridge and ensuring all Trading Standards requirements are met. Initiating any work required either mechanical or bodywork to ensure vehicles are prepared to the required standards. Reconciling daily tax logs. Updating vehicle records to ensure they are always up to date and in line with compliance standards.
What you will need
Experience working as a vehicle sales administrator is highly desirable. Knowledge of Kerridge is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Process driven, organised and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload. Muck in and all hand on deck approach Work effectively as part of team and confidently using own initiative.
