Qualified Early Years/Children Room Leader (EYO)

• Directorate: People Children &a;ndash; Education and Inclusion.
• Salary:£27,912 - £33,115 (inclusive of LW) or pro rata for Term time. (Negotiable on experience)
• Pay Level: Level 5, SCP 13 to 23.
• Contract Type:Permanent.
• Working Hours:8am &a;ndash; 18:00pm &a;ndash; 4days &a;ndash; All year round
• Location: Nursery in aChildren's Centre
• DBS requirement: Enhanced.

What you’ll be doing:

To lead a team of early years practitioners in an early years setting/nursery based in a Children's Centre, ensuring delivery of high quality teaching and learning. You will oversee staff in the successful implementation of the daily operations of a room for children aged between 3months to 8years, providing full care and education. You will be responsible for supervision and mentoring for early years qualified and unqualifed staff and you will be working as part of a multi agency team.

What you'll have:

You will need experience working with children in an early years environment,understand early years legilsation and safeguarding and have obtained a Level 3 qualification in early years pratice or equivalent.
