Role: As a dedicated Employment Lawyer within this reputable practice, you will be at the forefront of providing expert legal advice on a wide spectrum of employment matters. Your days will be filled with engaging tasks ranging from advising on employment contracts and policies to navigating complex workplace disputes. You will also play a pivotal role in representing clients during tribunals and negotiations, ensuring their interests are robustly protected.
Skills & Experience: - Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE in employment law - Demonstrable experience in handling a variety of employment law cases - Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide clear and concise advice - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to negotiate and influence effectively - A commitment to maintaining high standards of client care and service - The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
