Niyaa People are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join a team within a well-established contractor completing service and breakdown repairs on a social housing properties in the Oxford region. The successful candidate will be awarded with a permanent role with a competitive industry salary, company van and fuel card supplied, overtime options, call out rates, various training, schemes, progression routes and benefits.The Gas Engineer role is:
  • Oxford based
  • Social Housing properties
  • £39,000 + Overtime / Call-Outs (OTE £43,000 - 50,000)
  • Monday - Friday, 39 hour week, early finish on Friday's
The successful Gas Engineer will be expected to:
  • Carry out service and maintenance works
  • Carry out works in both tenanted and voided properties
  • Produce gas safety certificates where necessary

We are keen to speak to any Gas Engineers who hold the following:
  • Full domestic ACS - CCN1, CENWAT, MET1, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1
  • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds equivalent
  • Gas safe registration
  • Social housing experience
  • DBS Check
  • Full UK Driving License
