The Job – ReceptionistAs the receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for the patients and maintaining a relaxing ambiance within the practice. Key responsibilities:Answering phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently. Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar. Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality. Providing quotations, handling billing inquiries, preparing invoices and taking payments. Assisting with other tasks as needed. The Person – ReceptionistThe ideal candidate for reception role will have previous experience in a similar position either within the hospitality industry or within a medical environment, have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
