Our model is simple - Hilton Lord Associates operate as a group of independent recruitment consultancies but with a shared support structure.

When you become a Hilton Lord Associate it’s YOUR business and you manage it YOUR way. But you do it with access to systems typically only available to larger, more established recruitment consultancies.

How it works:

You own 75% of the shares in your business. In return for 25% of billings we provide all the investment to set-up your business and provide ongoing support. As the majority shareholder you're always in full control of your agency and you're free to focus on what you do best - recruiting.
