Imago Community is a social action charity who support upwards of 30,000 of the most vulnerable individuals in Kent, East Sussex, Medway and London.

• Wellbeing Matters Care Navigation Kent - supporting individuals in Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley and Swale
• Medway Wellbeing Navigation Service - supporting individuals aged 18+
• Adult Carers support in Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley and Swale
• Dial 2 Drive community transport scheme in Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and surrounding areas of Kent
• Social Prescribing for adults in Kent
