Primary Care Recruitment was established in 2007, providing temporary and permanent healthcare staff from our head office in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Soon after our journey began we attained a place on the NHS framework and started to provide services to all of the NHS trusts in Newcastle. We are proud to be the established supplier to these trusts for the past 24 years developing a successful relationship and a solid understanding of their specific needs.

In our last NHS framework audit we achieved a 100% pass rate, through our high levels of service and our ability to select and provide the very best NHS staff. In order to ensure we can maintain high standards of care, we employ full-time trainers and deliver a robust programme of training on a daily basis including; specialist mental health GSA/PMVA and ILS.

We adapt quickly to fill roles at short-notice, specialist shifts or provide cultured access to care. A high proportion of our new recruits are recommended by current staff, and this focus on relationships is essential in building an integrated and effective team of specialist staff.

Our contracts include: NHS, General hospitals, Mental Health hospitals, Nursing Homes and Residential Homes, Challenging Behaviour, Occupational Health, Children Services, Head and Spinal Injuries, Physical and Mental Disabilities, Dementia Care, Social Care, Industries and GP Practices.
