Join the team at Academics Rochester as we seek a caring and skilled Teaching Assistant to provide one-on-one support to a student at a school in Bexleyheath.
About the Role:In this position, you'll offer individualised support to a student with Autistic Sepectrum Disorder.
Your role will involve creating a supportive atmosphere where the student can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored support to the student, focusing on their unique requirements.
- Aid the student with their academic pursuits, facilitating their learning and growth.
- Cultivate an inclusive environment that encourages positive behavior and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate closely with the school's SENCO, teachers, and support staff to ensure the student's needs are comprehensively addressed.
Requirements:- Previous experience working with vulnerable children, preferably within an educational setting.
- Possession of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students and colleagues.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting students with ASD needs.
