Are you a Teaching Assistant looking for a 1:1 position?The school we are working with is a large primary school based in Solihull and they are looking for several Teaching Assistants who will support children with EHCP'sYour experience working with children with special educational needs will allow you to provide the necessary support to help them reach their full potential during their time at primary school.To apply for this role, you need:* Level 2/3 qualified Teaching Assistant/relevant experience (this includes residential workers, support workers, care workers and youth workers)* Strong behaviour management* Be able to provide 2 years references* Clear DBS/no convictions regarding child protectionAspire People can also offer: -* £100 bonus after you have worked 10 days* Holiday pay* Flexible work in schools local to where you live* Short term, Day to day, Long-term and permanent opportunities* A consultant to guide you through your assignments and help you with your CV and interview techniques* We work with over 2000 schools across the midlands every year and place on average 600 people in to schools every week.
