AdministratorTunbridge Wells £24,040 FTE - £20,861 PTE TERM TIME ONLY - 39 weeks per year plus x2 weeks to be worked during summer holidaysHours: 8.15am to 4.30pm Monday-Friday PermanentWe are looking for a highly experienced Administrator to provide support to a school office team and wider school. You will be joining a well-respected and lively support team of ten.Role Overview:Working within the School Office Team, playing a crucial role in the day-to-day life of the school by providing a wide range of administrative support to staff, students and parents to ensure the school continues to run efficiently and effectively.Assist the School Office Manager.Deal with enquiries and school-home communications on a daily basis.Take responsibility for all administration to do with changes to student records; undertake bulk student admissions/leavers and ad hoc responsibilities as outlined below.About you:Strong administrative experience, ideally within a school settingHighly organised with the ability to prioritise your workloadFlexible to meet the needs of the schoolIT ProficientStrong Excel skills are essential (must be able to mail merge with eyes closed!)If the above sounds like you please apply or contact the office on (phone number removed) and ask for Chloe Walker or Katrina Smith.Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
