KPI Recruiting are looking for an experienced Administrator for our client in Rutherglen.
As a Administrator you would be working Monday- Friday, on a temp – perm basis, working the hours 08:45- 16:15 Monday to Thursday and 08:45- 15:00 on Friday.
The rate of pay as an Administrator is:
- £12.00 p/h
The ideal candidate for an Administrator would need:
- Previous administration experience working as an administrator
- Competent in using it software packages including excel spreadsheets
- Previous experience in goods in and goods out
- Great organisational skills
- Wages Completion
- Driving Licence
- Filing tasks awareness
- Great time and priority management
Duties and responsibilities as an Administrator are:
- Manage office supplies, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining inventory.
- Greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, room setup, and preparation of necessary materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and faxes.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
