Are you immediately available and looking for a role with a successful company?

A global, leading provider of testing and inspection services are seeking an Administrator to join the Team at their site in Stockton-on-Tees.

The role will involve general administrative duties to support the site.

This is a temporary role, expected to last for 6 months.

Hours are full time (40pw Mon- Fri 08:30-17:00).

Role Overview

Administrative duties to support other members of the Office team.
Creating, updating and filing work schedules, both paper and electronic (Excel, Word).
Obtaining and filing Purchase Orders and Generating Purchase Requisitions.
Sales invoicing (Sage 200).
Answering and transferring calls.

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail and proactive approach to work.
Some experience from a similar administrative role.
Computer literate and adept with Microsoft office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Sage 200.
Must be available to begin immediately.
Must have access to your own transportation due to the location of the site being inaccessible by public transport.
