About You

You will have significant experience advising clients on all aspects of Agricultural Law, including agriculture business, property, disputes, landed estates and legal services for farming families.

You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of PQE, with a proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams. You will be an excellent communicator and have strong leadership skills, with a desire to build and grow a successful department. This position is also open to Senior Associates or Senior Solicitors looking for the next step in their career in a management position.

Responsibilities include.

  • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients in the agricultural sector regarding various aspects of agricultural law, including land transactions, tenancy agreements, and planning and environmental regulations.
  • Thoroughly research and analyse agricultural laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks for clients involved in farming, land management, and rural businesses.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, leases, and agreements related to agricultural matters, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to legal requirements.
