Air Testing TechnicianMy client offers approved inspector services and provides guidance on compliance with British building regulations, specialising in residential and commercial projects.

Requirements:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Comprehensive understanding of building regulations and construction industry guidelines.

Excellent communication and numeracy skills.

Possession of a Full UK driving license.

Proficiency in keymodelling and IT software packages.

Valid Level 1 or Level 2 ATTMA certification.

Duties/Responsibilities:Accurately conducting tests, documenting results, and producing ATTMA short reports using an electronic system.

Conducting assessments following ATTMA standards for both TSL1 dwellings and TSL2 non-dwellings.

Flexibility to work independently or as part of a Identifying defects from the assessments that are undertaken and offering remedial advice Providing technically sound advice to clients and maintaining effective communication.
