Air Tightness EngineerOur client is a prominent provider of testing, consulting, and assessment services to the UK building, remodelling, and development sectors.
They are currently seeking a qualified Air Tightness Tester to join their team in the South East due to a substantial increase in business.
Requirements:A relevant qualification in air tightness testing and a thorough understanding of test guidelines and regulations are essential.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Possession of a valid driver's licence.
Proficiency in IT modelling software.
Proficiency in numerical analysis.
Profound knowledge of building regulations and the construction industry.
Duties/Responsibilities:Compiling and analysing test data and preparing extensive technical reports.
Developing and formalising test procedures.
Engaging with stakeholders on-site.
Providing remedial guidance in the event of unsuccessful examinations.
Transporting equipment from the lab to the testing site and assembling it in readiness for testing.
