Experienced Architectural Technologist required to join a growing future thinking Architectural Practice located in Shipley, West YorkshireOur client are a small, but rapidly expanding, enthusiastic and future-thinking practice comprised of a team of architectural technologists, architects, principal designers, surveyors, retro?t experts and 3D/graphic specialists. They create beautiful, fir for purpose designs drawn from their expertise and attention to details.As an Architectural Technologist, you will be professional, have an attention to details, be positive under pressure and outcome driven, anyone with a can do attitude will do very well in this business.Minimum 5-10 years practice experience.Quali?ed to minimum HNC/HND and /or Degree level, MCIAT bene?cial, but not essential.Excellent communication skills & con?dence dealing with the team internally & clients / consultants externally.Well organised with great time management abilities.Pro?cient in AutoCAD / Autodesk apps including Revit, good working knowledge of Microsoft & Adobe software & 3D rendering packages is bene?cial.Con?dent running projects from feasibility to completion, including ability to carry out consultant coordination including onsite visits.Excellent knowledge of RIBA Stages, planning & building regulations.Keen interest in the sustainability of buildings.Experience in Retro?t / EnerPHit / DEA / Energy Ef?ciency etc. would be bene?cial.Own vehicle & willing to travel.Ability to work as an integral part of the team & con?dent managing solo projects.Ambition to assist the growth of the company.Renumeration & Bene?ts -The successful Architectural Technologist will be offered the following :Competitively salaried position, negotiable, dependant on experience between £35,000 - £40,000Free on site parking.Friendly of?ce / working environment.25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.Regular company funded corporate social events.Professional corporation memberships covered.Flexible working hoursAnnual performance based bonus.The position is office based and you will be contracted to work 37 hours per week.Interested candidates, please hit apply and provide an updated CV or call James Jackson at Conrad Consulting for more details
