• Reporting directly into your Merchandiser you'll be running the management of multiple categories
• Progress to owning a sub-cat if operating at a senior, or established level
• Ability to not only read all trading and reporting tools, but can contribute to the wider team with offering actions and solutions
• Have an analytical mindset from your experience in the industry so can piece together key performance indicators to identify performance highlights and risks
• Manage: sizing, ratios, rebuys, intake, newness
• Monitor and manage stock levels with awareness of cover
• Have the experience of feeling confidence to re-attribute WSSI dat
• Proposing solutions for stock transfers, phasing or cancellations
• Overseeing the critical path and delivery schedule with the wider team
• Review and action promotions and mark downs
