About the role:
To be the support to the Store Manager, a Company Brand Ambassador and business leader, accountable for overall store performance.
To guarantee an extraordinary Client experience, being present on the sales floor, leading and supporting all activities to achieve store targets.
Responsibilities:
Business
- Drive & Maximize sales performance
- Identify new opportunities to increase customer footfall, attract new clients and build a loyal relationship with the brand
- foster the Omni Channel development through the team
-Proven experience with Back of house and management operations
-Proven experience of the leading of a team and coaching
Customer
- Foster a Client centric mindset by developing and maintaining solid Client relationships
- Implement clientelling initiatives and events, securing Client loyalty and increasing Client spending
