Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regard to this permanent positionOur client is a successful independent accountancy practice with offices in Sheffield, Doncaster, and Northampton. They are currently seeking an Audit & Accounts Manager to join their Doncaster team.The role will involve managing a varied portfolio of clients covering a variety of business activities, sizes and structures. On a day-to-day basis you will be mainly be involved in managing the Office’s audit and accounts clients.Requirements• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively• Up to date in CPE and recent developments in accounting and auditing standards• Being able to communicate effectively to all employees• Client focus• Organisational skills• Implement the firm’s core valuesBenefits * Good work-life balance * Competitive salary * Car Allowance * Competitive pension contribution * Private Health Cover * Group Life Scheme Membership * Flexi-time & hybrid working available * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to purchase three additional days)Job Type: Full Time (36.25 hours per week)Schedule: Monday to Friday
