A leading Accountanty practice in Harrow, North London are seeking an experience Supervisor for their Audit & accounts team. This is a full time, permanent opportunity Monday -Friday. If you are an experienced Audit or Accounts Senior/Supervisor who has a genuine interest in developing your clients businessess and are client focused, we would love to hear from you.Audit And Accounts Senior Position OverviewAudit Supervisor required to join a leading Harrow based practice. As Audit Senior, you will be leading and motivating a small audit team and assisting more Junior members of the team. The role would mainly focus on the following duties; Completion of auditsAccounts preparationCompletion of personal and partnership tax returns and computations, assisting clients with HMRCReview and completion of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, LLP and company accountsEnsure that all assignments are completed to a high standard before passing them on for Manager review.To act as primary contact for a portfolio of UK and international clientsBe self-motivated, able to work to tight deadlines, and have excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.Able to work with and understand any accounting/bookkeeping software.Liaise with practice manager on progress for all jobs and cross selling opportunities..Actively manage your self-development and continuing professional education.Have a genuine interest in understanding your clients' businesses with the drive to deliver exceptional client service.Audit And Accounts And Tax Supervisor Position RequirementsGood technical skills in, audit and accounts5 years + experience within an Accountancy practice is essentialACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications are higly desirable of QBE candidates are welcome to apply Audit And Accounts Senior Position Remuneration £40,000 - £50,000 dependant on skills and experience (flexible)31 days holiday - increasing per year of serviceHealthcare schemeProfit share schemeHoliday and sick bonus schemeRegular CPD courses for audit, accounts, tax and other specialist coursesThere is a high possibility this role will quickly progress into a Management opportunityBennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
