Ref: 23768Automation Engineer - The Role:⦁ Be responsible for PLC/HMI and 6 axis robot programming.⦁ Assist with all aspects of design and build of bespoke automation systems.⦁ Support customers during commissioning stages - IO checks, PLC setup, network setup, robot programming. ⦁ Support during FAT, SAT, preparing documentation. ⦁ Work across the UK & Ireland to assist with the installation of automation systems.Automation Engineer - The Person:⦁ HNC/HND qualified within an Electrical discipline ⦁ Experience in PLC/HMI and 6 axis robot programming.⦁ Experience with Siemens PLC/HMI system ideally. ⦁ Robots: Kuka, Fanuc, ABB and Yaskawa – training can be provided. ⦁ Willing to travel across the UK and Ireland for installations.⦁ Is willing to attend supplier training courses as and when required.Working for a company who pride themselves on providing high quality automation systems across the UK and Ireland.
