Role Overview: As a Behaviour Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting students with challenging behaviour, particularly those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Your expertise will help create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies tailored to individual needs.
Conduct group work sessions and targeted interventions to support students' social and emotional development.
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to provide holistic support to students.
Maintain accurate records of interventions and progress, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

Relevant experience working with children with SEMH needs in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and interventions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Flexibility to start immediately or in September.
Right to work in the UK.
