Role: Behaviour MentorLocation: TraffordQualiteach is currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced behaviour mentor for a secondary school based in the Trafford area.
The role will begin on 07/05/2024 and is offered on a full-time, ongoing basis 5 days per week.
The role will involve working with pupils who present challenging behaviour and are dis-engaged.
This will involve working with pupils at KS3/4 both on a 1-1 basis and in small groups as well.
Key requirements: * Experience of working with secondary age pupils across KS3/4 * Experience of working with pupils who display challenging behaviour * Strong interpersonal skills * Excellent communicator * Ability to quickly and effectively build rapport * Immediately available * Flexible and adaptable in your approach * Hold and enhanced DBS certificate on the update serviceThe school is a popular choice for local families and benefits from a modern build with free on-site parking.
