An Secondary school in the Sheffield area is looking for a Teaching Assistant to start asap to support children with their education.

As a Behavioural Mentor, you will be required to supervise the pupils throughout the school day, guiding classes through prepared lessons.

You’ll encourage the pupils to engage with their education, build rapport with the students, Leading the way as a role model and helping the pupils to understand why their education is important.

You may be required to work 1:1 with pupils as well as leading classes through prepared learning. 

This role would be suitable for applicants with a background in Education, Sports, Carers, Residential support workers, Youth Workers, and those with the experience within the Prison system or the Military.
