ARC International Design Consultants is experiencing continuous success in managing diverse projects within our expanding portfolio. In light of this growth, we are seeking a Bid Manager to join us in London.

Responsibilities:
- Review tender documentation and lead the development of tender proposals.
- Research to understand project scope, objectives, and constraints.
- Create a detailed list of clarifications, exclusions & and compliance on a per-project basis.
- Coordinate with the project managers to incorporate their input into the proposal.
- Organise and compile all required documents for tender submission.
- Support in the cost and price calculation – checking alignment with the tender’s requests.
- Ensure that tender submissions meet deadlines and comply with tendering guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of tender activities, communication, and documentation.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and project management concepts
- Significant previous experience in architectural tendering
- Knowledge of the architectural industry’s standards and practices.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good writing skills, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task - communicating with multiple stakeholders and working on different tasks with competing deadlines.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in English
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and InDesign.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering field (nice to have, not a necessity)
