Wipro is looking for an BPM Developer/Lead role working in the Wipro Enterprise Futuring vertical this role requires good experience of Architecting and implementing BPM Tools as part of a service-oriented architecture for managing dynamic business process. You will need to be proficient with the complete BPM tools implementation cycle, including business process modeling, tool installation, development, testing, and deployment.

Your Responsibilities

1. Requirement gathering and analysis.

2. Design and develop technical solutions on the BPM Suite based on the requirements gathered.

3. Design integration requirements with other third-party platforms.

4. Designing data models.

5. Defining architectural & development standards for the project in adherence to BPM tools and client’s best practices.

6. Preparing high level technical specifications for the solutions.

7. Performing frequent code reviews & ensuring quality of the overall delivery.

8. Interacting with customers daily and be the main point of contact for customer

Essential skills

1. This role demands hands-on experience in any of the following BPM Tools Pega, IBM BPM, Oracle, RPA SKILLS (BluePrism / Automation Anywhere / UIPATH).

2. Process Models as a Service, Admin Console, Document Management, and Integration of Smart Services.

3. Provided technical assistance for integration of BPM Tools and external systems like SAP.

4. Computer coding languages: Familiarity with other computer coding languages, such as J2EE, SQL, HTML, and XML

5. Knowledge of records, forms, and reports using BPM expression language

6. You will have Prepared detailed and accurate technical documentation relating to BPM designs and reports’.

7. Experience using BPM tools software and platforms on multiple projects.

8. Develop/write BPM code based on the requirements.

Certifications:

1. Appian Designer Certification on recent Appian versions (L2 certification)

2. We will offer a cross training and certification on Appian.

Desirable Skills:

1. Prior work experience in development of SOAP and Restful webservices and integration would be preferred.

2. It would be an advantage to have experience on automation of Appian support or BAU activities, Plugin developments, Appian server installations.

3. it would be good to have prior experience/knowledge on Continuous Integration and Deployment model, Test Driven Development, Behavioural Driven Development and BFSI Domain knowledge.
