Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.

What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Operations Manager and/or Director, you will be responsible for increasing the branches revenue by maintaining and growing Adecco market share in the area.
About you
The ideal candidate will take pride in guiding, supporting and empowering their team members towards achieving collective success while simultaneously demonstrating prowess in generating business opportunities and cultivating strong client relationships.
This multifaceted role requires a visionary leader who can steer the branch towards success through a balance of proactive business development and attentive mentorship.
