Building Surveyor in Manchester

Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy, are actively seeking a Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth in their Manchester Office. The successful candidate will be working across both advisory and consultant side, being involved in the more project focused side of their company. These projects will range in values anywhere from £500k up to £6 Million in value. Projects typically include private refurbishments, major facades remediation, exterior renovation contracts and internal common parts and design works.This will be an office-based role with site travels as required.
