A well-regarded multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Kent is actively seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to enhance their Building Surveying team.The Building Surveyor's roleThis role represents a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to engage in a blend of traditional building surveying and project management duties across a diverse range of sectors, including education, housing (both social and private), local government, property development, the Ministry of Defence, and conservation areas.A wide array of building surveying tasks, ensuring a versatile day-to-day job scope.Leadership in project management activities, steering projects from their conception to their successful conclusion.Working autonomously on specific assignments, demonstrating the ability to manage projects independently, as well as collaboratively within a team of skilled Building Surveyors.The successful Building Surveyor will have?RICS accredited ideally, or equivilent years' experience.Project management experience would be beneficial.Good communication both written and verbal, with report writing skills.Experience within the public sector is desireable.
