A progressive consultancy firm located in Kent is on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Building Surveyor to enhance their Building Surveying team.The Role of the Building SurveyorThe appointed Building Surveyor will be tasked with a diverse range of responsibilities. These duties include contract management, addressing dilapidations, managing party wall matters, and executing acquisition surveys.Additionally, a pivotal aspect of the role involves mentoring and nurturing the development of junior team members within the Building Surveying division.The successful Building Surveyor will have?MRICS qualified ideally.2+ years of PQE.RICS degree educated.Client focused and commericially minded.Collaborative approach and good teamwork.Management experience would be beneficial but not essential.
