GPS Recruitment have another permanent position with a valued and long-standing client.Are you an experienced Business Account Coordinator looking for a new challenge?It’s a field-based position working within the Northern Solutions Team, covering Newcastle Upon Tyne and surrounding areas.The purpose of the role is to support the Business Account Managers, being a self-motivated individual who has strong positive communication and coordination skills will definitely help you succeed in the role.Key responsibilities: * Actively supporting the area account managers with the management of various accounts. * Working closely with the team ensuring customers/clients are receiving the excellent service and thus maximising market share from all customers. * Continually building relationships with key customer contacts. * Ensuring business growth with existing customer base is maximised.** This list is not exhaustiveWe are looking to chat with individuals with experience of scheduling and managing plots, including check measures and readiness inspections.Essential experience:Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels to help develop and maintain existing relationships with Architects, Site/Project Managers, Buyers, Senior Managers and Directors. * Previous experience working on multiple projects simultaneously. * Willing to work as part of a dynamic team. * The drive and desire to build a career, succeeding in a customer-focused environment. * Excellent organisational and administrative skills and be computer literate. * A full UK driving licence, as travel within the area and throughout the UK, when relevant, will be required. * A relevant site H&S card (this can be included as part of the training). * Standard expectations of high levels of customer service, strong time management at all times to work effectively to achieve departmental KPI targets
