My client based in Horsham are looking to recruit a Senior Chef/Chef de Partie. Due to an increase in business they require an additional chef who loves working with fresh ingredients and can cater for events from BBQ'S to fine dining. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week including some weekends. The salary for this position is between £27,500 - £30,000.The Role * Cooking and preparing dishes ranging from BBQ'S to fine dining with a passion for cooking * Running the shift or service and contributing to menu development * Supervise junior staff * Ability to solve problemsSkills Required * 2 years' experience of working in varied cooking environment * A creative passionate individual who loves working with fresh ingredients. * Energy, positivity, can do attitude and plenty of enthusiasm towards team work. * Organised individual, to able to forward plan, foresee potential problems and to be able to run a smooth calm kitchen. * Understand food allergens and be up to date on food safety legislation.Wild Recruitment Ltd T/A First Recruitment Services is acting as an employment business in relation to this assignment
