The opportunity:
Finatal are leading the search for a CFO to join a growth driven SaaS business serving FMCG clients; the business is seeking investment from a reputable Mid-Market Private Equity firm.
The successful candidate will be tasked with building a robust finance function, implementing systems and process to enable rapid growth of the business.
They’re currently operating at c.
£5m revenue and c.
£1m EBITDA and the business is keen to find a highly dynamic and rigorous CFO, that will drive growth of the business, leading towards an eventual exit.
What we look for:
- Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Worked alongside PE in a growth setting
- Professionalisation of finance function
- Sectors: technology / SaaS
- A CFO or FD able to step-up
