Overview

Pearse Professionals have partnered with a global leader in the Software & Technology Sector to assist with hiring a Group Chief Financial Officer. This is a newly created role with plans for the role to quickly expand, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

Seeking an exceptional candidate to unite diverse companies within our group, cultivating a cohesive mindset and facilitating shared services. Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to shape decisions on the company's financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust background in both finance and management.

Role & Responsibilities

• Spearhead and supervise the teams dedicated to Group Finance, Reporting, FP&A, and BI across various locations.
• Take charge of treasury and cash management, ensuring alignment with operational requirements. Assume overall responsibility for devising strategies, managing financial agreements, and nurturing relationships with lenders.
• Identify, supervise, and maintain financial systems and technologies, aiming to streamline processes and elevate reporting capabilities.
• Effectively convey financial performance, strategies, and risks to external stakeholders, including investors and analysts.
• Exhibit exceptional leadership skills, adept team management, and provide mentorship to cultivate finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in effectively collaborating with and managing relationships with financial institutions, with expertise in managing structured debt obligations.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, displaying the capacity to efficiently lead, connect with, and inspire teams across global regions.
• A robust international background and comprehensive knowledge of global finance practices are highly preferred.
• Previous participation in Private Equity-backed businesses, highlighting familiarity with the unique dynamics of such environments.
