Children and Young People Support WorkerContract: zero hours/agencyPay rate: £11.50 - £15+ an hour (plus additional holiday pay)Location: recruiting around Llanelli, Burry Port, Swansea, Neath and Bridgend**Please note we do not offer sponsorship and a minimum of 6 months UK based care experience is required for all agency-based roles with Brook Street Social Care**What will you be doing?Your role will aid in delivering support to children and young people through meeting their personal needs and plans, however, you may at times be required to work with the families for additional support. You will need to be prepared to work 1:1 with those you're supporting, however, we find that often you will be supported on a 2:1 basis with other staff members. In addition, you will be providing emotional support and companionship and therefore require these transferable skills.It is essential that due to the various needs of the clients, you are a driver with access to your own vehicle as often you may be supporting them in the community.
