Clinical Psychologists3-4 months (while awaiting permanent hire) Starting at £50 per hour Outside IR35Bexhill-on-seaSpencer Clarke Group are seeking two experienced Clinical Psychologists to join our private client's team on a short-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our service users within a supportive and multidisciplinary environment.About the Units:16 BED MALE - Low Secure Mental Health Unit16 BED FEMALE - Acute Mental Health Unit15 BED MALE - Acute Mental Health Unit8 BED MALE - High Dependency Rehabilitation Service with Complex and Enduring Mental Health Conditions10 BED MALE - Acute Mental Health UnitRole and Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments for all service users during a 12-week assessment process from admission.Develop bespoke recovery pathway plans collaboratively with service users and occupational therapists.Provide both one-to-one and group therapy interventions tailored to individual needs.Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.Support the development and implementation of individual therapy timetables for service users.Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and adjustment of treatment plans to facilitate recovery.Qualifications and Experience:Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent qualification).Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).Significant experience in a clinical setting, ideally within secure or acute mental health units.Strong assessment, formulation, and therapeutic intervention skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.As a leading specialist recruitment consultant, we take pride in our deep expertise in connecting exceptional professionals in the fields of Psychiatry, Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Therapy with life-changing career opportunities.
