A renowned Travel and Leisure company is seeking a Commercial Legal Director to join their team on a permanent basis.
Commercial experience within the travel/leisure industry is essential for this position .
Flexible working arrangements, with occasional travelling.
The role:
- Commercial contracts; advising on trade promotions, trade partnerships, marketing campaigns etc.
- Advising on Package Travel Regulations (essential)
- Corporate governance matters
- Data Privacy
- Regulatory matters
Ideal candidate:
- Commercial Lawyer with over 10 years PQE (UK/EU)
- Essential: Travel/Leisure in-house industry experience
- Essential: Package Travel Regulations experience
- Essential: Data Privacy Law
