We are currently recruiting for a Agricultural Underwriter to join our established and experienced FarmWeb team here at RSA on a hybrid basis

Your Role

As an Existing Business Farm Underwriter you will provide excellent service to our existing customers, largely through renewal and MTA processes, to your designated broker panel and across a range of farming risks.

You will spend most of your time identifying, discussing, negotiating and renewing existing business opportunities and making effective underwriting decisions.

We want to exceed expectations by delivering a consistent high-quality service that is valued by our customers and sets us apart in the agricultural insurance market.

About You

To be successful in your role of Commercial Underwriter, experience in Commercial Underwriting is beneficial although not essential. You will be handling Property and Liability classes of business.

We will also consider applications from a variety of insurance backgrounds such as broking and claims handling.

You will be able to build working relationships with insurance brokers and write profitable business to ensure growth of the account.
