UNTIL is looking for several full-time Community Associates to join their Soho and Liverpool Street clubs.
As the first point of contact for our members and their guests, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring they have an outstanding experience every time they visit.
The roles are shift-based; early shifts require someone to be there from 5.
45am – 1.
15pm or a late shifts from 1.
15pm – 9.
15pm.

Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional service: Warmly welcome members and guests and anticipate their needs.
Maintain high standards: Ensure the club is clean, presentable, and operates according to our procedures.
Build a thriving community: Promote a positive and collaborative environment, fostering strong relationships with members and acting as a community ambassador.
