Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a background in managing construction projects within highly regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, nuclear, microchips, or water treatment. The Construction Manager will oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from planning through to completion.
  • Develop project schedules and manage resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience in construction management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in highly regulated environments (life sciences, nuclear, microchips, water treatment).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
