As a family-owned and operated business, we emphasize our core values while providing a supportive and professional work environment.The Role * Assume responsibility for the efficient management of construction projects on-site. * Vigilantly oversee quality control and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Take a hands-on approach to pre-site, on-site, and post-site activities. * Develop and oversee Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) for WBPS projects, as well as review, manage, and approve subcontractors' RAMS. * Collaborate with the Projects team to forecast planned works and timelines. * Attend meetings at Head Office as necessary. * Foster positive internal and external communication channels. * Ensure compliance with WB Power Services Ltd ISO policies and procedures. * Manage communication between all project stakeholders. * Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets. * Address and resolve any on-site delays or issues, escalating as needed.The Person * Previous experience as a Construction Manager or Installation Manager. * Possession of SMSTS certification. * Willingness to travel as projects are nationwide. * Prior experience with generators or M&E projects preferred. * Proficiency in communication via telephone, face-to-face, and email. * Familiarity with industry ISO standards. * Thorough understanding of health and safety protocols. * Ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse industries. * Proficient with IT systems, with a willingness to learn our ERP.What We Offer * Competitive salary package. * Additional uplift on wages (10% or 15%, depending on postcode). * Coverage of hotel, travel, and food expenses when required. * 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. * Opportunities for career advancement into management roles. * Company vehicle provided. * Private healthcare coverage. * Death in Service benefit. * Comprehensive employee assistance program
