We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our London based team.

You will be responsible for asking the right questions to understand the challenges of our clients, and prospective clients, to be able to define problem statements and then bring data strategy expertise to deliver transformative projects.

This is a hybrid role where you will be working from our Central London office at least once a week and also on client sites as required.

The remainder of your time can be worked from home of from a WeWork location of your choosing.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position with demonstrable experience of delivering data transformation projects for external clients
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in understanding complex business problems and consolidating into meaningful objectives, to produce tangible benefits for clients
  • Ability to ‘storytell’ and present information and insights in a clear and engaging manner
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics concepts, methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of scrum methodology and data literate
  • Change management experience
  • Keen builder of relationships internally and externally

Main responsibilities:

  • Support business development outreach by working alongside Commercial colleagues to understand the business problems of prospects.
  • Identify opportunities to increase business for the Beyond Group with designated client accounts.
  • Define approaches and build SOWs using agreed processes to deliver the business strategies for clients / individual projects in line with short term and long-term revenue, growth and profit targets.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Help clients navigate changes by providing guidance on change management processes, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist clients in implementing data solutions tailored to their specific needs and objectives. This may include designing and deploying data analytics platforms, developing custom software applications, or integrating third-party data management systems.
