They act as the principal contractor but additionally work on multiple projects at once.The role involves being a Contracts Manager overseeing multiple Contracts at any one time in Civils, Construction, Refurbs, Roofing and Utilities. One big benefit is much of the labour workforce are in house so you will not be reliant on external sub-contractors.
