Eventus Legal is currently seeking an accomplished Residential Conveyancer to join a distinguished multi-service, Legal 500 firm based in their Lancashire or Cumbria office.

This full-time, permanent job with the flexibility of remote working on a hybrid basis.

Role ResponsibilitiesThe incoming Residential Conveyancer will be joining a well-established team managing a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities include overseeing a caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion including: * Sales and purchases * New builds * Help to buy * Shared ownership * Buy to let sales and purchasesYou will also be confident handling complex conveyancing transactions and building strong relationships with clients and referrers.

Person SpecificationApplications are sought from experienced Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers, ideally with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE.
