Wiseman Consulting Limited is working with a well-known family-run firm on the outskirts of Cheltenham by Stow-On-The-Wold.

This firm is innovative and is going through a period of modernisation updating its systems, training, and hiring for the next generation of future Directors at the firm.

They have been in operation for well over 200 years and have a loyal client following in the North Cotswolds and Gloucestershire.

This is a fantastic environment for a motivated Paralegal to join its ranks.

The paralegal will work with a well-known Associate Solicitor from their offices in Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton on the Water, and Winchcombe.

The Role

Wiseman Consulting Limited is looking for a Paralegal, ideally with 6 months of experience in residential conveyancing or commercial property, to join its team.

What does the role involve?

Well, for one, it’s a position to support the development of a growing department that will be heavily invested in and recruited over the next few years.

You will have the usual Paralegal duties such as.

• All administrative aspects of conveyancing sale and purchase transactions, including setting up files, client onboarding, and drafting initial letters.
• Contact with clients, taking phone calls and scheduling meetings.
• More experienced candidates may be able to conduct certain fee-earning duties with the possibility of running a caseload of their own files later in their employment under partner supervision.
• Any other duties reasonably asked by the Partners

• Negotiable salary between £21,000 - £27,000 PA (depending on experience)
• 25 days holiday per annum in addition to statutory bank holidays
• Contributory pension scheme.

The ideal candidate will be a Paralegal within a Boutique, Regional or Top 200 Law Firm in a Property department (either Conveyancing or Commercial Property).

They will be an ambitious, commercially minded individual who is focused on client satisfaction and becoming a key member of the team.

You will be tenacious and confident, and you will be able to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds and with specific needs.
