We are currently instructed by a leading Offshore firm who are looking to expand their Corporate team in the London office . Our client is looking to speak to associates with 1-5 year’s PQE and are paying highly competitive salary rates.

About you:

• Strong corporate experience
• Any particular experience with PE/VC, fund formation, financial services regulatory or asset finance would be viewed favourably
• Foreign language skills (in particular Arabic/Russian/Spanish/Portuguese) would be viewed favourably
• Practicing certificate from England & Wales, Cayman and/or BVI
• Excellent academics
